The process is built to stay simple. Here is what you provide, what DVX handles and what happens after you purchase a package.
What assets do I need to provide?
You will provide clear product images, packaging artwork when available, your logo files, brand colors, website or social links and a few words describing the visual direction you want. Better source assets produce a stronger final film.
Do I need to ship the physical product?
In most cases, no. DVX creates the animation from high-quality product photography, packaging artwork, label files and existing brand assets. Physical filming is not required for the standard packages.
Can you work from product photos and packaging artwork?
Yes. That is the standard workflow. Clear front, side and angled product images are ideal. Layered packaging files or high-resolution label artwork provide even more flexibility during production.
How do revisions work?
Essential and Signature include one consolidated revision round. Campaign includes two consolidated revision rounds. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to timing, text, logo treatment, color and existing visual elements. A new concept or complete rebuild is quoted separately.
Can I feature more than one product?
Essential and Signature are built around one featured product. Campaign can include one featured product or a coordinated product line developed under one unified campaign concept. Additional products or separate creative directions are quoted separately.
What is included in the Campaign package?
Campaign includes three original vertical product films built under one unified creative direction. Each film receives its own visual angle while maintaining a coordinated campaign look, message and production environment.
Are the videos ready for paid advertising?
The final videos are delivered in social-ready formats suitable for organic posting and creative use in paid campaigns. Platform approval, advertising eligibility and regulated-industry compliance remain the client’s responsibility.
What happens after I purchase a package?
After checkout, you will receive instructions for submitting your product assets and project details. DVX will review the materials, confirm the scope and begin concept development. Production begins once payment and all required assets have been received.
What format will I receive?
Every package includes finished vertical 1080 × 1920 MP4 files designed for 9:16 social publishing. Campaign also includes square exports. Additional landscape, alternate-length or platform-specific versions can be added separately.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Essential for one focused, affordable product film. Choose Signature for a more developed premium film with stronger motion and alternate hooks. Choose Campaign when you need three coordinated videos for a launch, product line or sustained social rollout.
